HOW TO MIX

The Remarkable Procrastination Device is set up so that you can esaily change the words on the reels and in the title, and even put your name on it. You can make it as obscene as you like, since all the arguments are stored in the URL's query string and nothing gets stored on our servers. It'll even give you a special URL to share your sickening creation with your closest friends. Here's how:

1. Choose a device version that has an appropriate number of reels for what you want to do.

2. Click on the text under "Currently Generating" (or, in the case of the original RPD, click the small text under the title that says "Standard Edition") and type to change it, just like in any other program.

2. In a similar manner, put your name in so we know who to blame.

3. Press the "Mix" button, and you can change the words on the reels. There are twenty spots on each reel, and they should all be filled up.

4. To test your creation, press "Test." When you're done testing...

5. Press "Share." The page will refresh, but everything that makes your device unique will be in the Address bar. You can go on and make more changes if you like, but be sure to press "Share" again before you go on to the next step.

6. Highlight everything in the address bar, and press CTRL+C to copy it to your clipboard.

7. Now, if you're going to post in your blog, get into your text editing area, or if you're posting in an E-mail get a new E-mail up.

8. Now, we'll make a link to your unique device. Don't actually type the () brackets, they're only there to distinguish my notes from what you should be typing:
